The Image of God

What does it mean to be "Created In The Image of Yahweh?"

When the average person thinks of the word 'Image' they immediately think of something similar to a 'Mirror Image'. But when our Creator uses the word 'Image' He is talking about a 'Physical to Spiritual Parallel'. Yahweh, Himself, gave us an example of what it means to be "Created in His Image" in Romans 12:4-5; 1 Corinthians 12:12-14, 27; and Ephesians 4:15-16,25. Yahweh wants us to understand that the physical body is more than just a reflected physical image of the Spiritual image. The parallels are simple to understand once we can rid our minds of the Satan (Human Nature) inspired concept of the 'Trinity'. Belief in the 'Trinity' pulls a veil over our eyes and prevents proper interpretation of the Holy Scriptures. Belief in the 'Trinity', is a false preconceived notion by trinitarian catholic and protestant translators that has caused (and causes) improper translations of the Holy Scriptures; who more than once added verses (1 John 5), and changed the pronoun 'It' to 'Him', 'His' or another variation. The 'Trinity' concept prevents us from truly understanding that "The Holy Spirit" of Yahweh (an essential part of the 'Image of Yahweh') is actually being symbolically reflected in the physical human nervous system, pulmonary system, and the circulatory system, as these systems links all the other parts of the physical body together.

The previously stated scriptures tells us that we, as True Believers, are members of the symbolic "Body of Messiah Yahshua," who in turn is, also, a member of the "Spiritual Body of Yahweh." Now when we look in the mirror, most of the time we only behold our 'face', but the image that the Holy Scriptures is talking about is the 'Whole Symbolic Image' of the human body; not just in outward appearance, but also, in functionality.

Genesis 1:26-28

26 Yahweh said, "Let us (symbolically) make man in our (Spiritual) image, after our (Spiritual) likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."
27 Yahweh (symbolically) created man in his own (Spiritual) image. In Yahweh's (Spiritual) image He created him; male and female He created them.
28 Yahweh blessed them. Yahweh said (not verbally) to them, "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

Let's analyze Genesis 1:26-28 (above). I have colored the keywords in the verses, and we will take theses keywords in the order of their appearance.

Verse 26: " Let us make man in our image."

Obviously 'Man' was made in 'Our' image, but who is the 'Our' in this verse? Well, since 'Our' is plural, and since we have already learned that 'Image' too is plural, it is not too difficult to figure out that the 'Our' are the 'Members of Yahweh's Kingdom;' Who are, also, made in His Spiritual Righteousness Seeking Image. So who are these 'Members?'

Revelation 4:2-4

2 Immediately I was in the Spirit (mental or Spiritual to physical symbolic vision). Behold, (in my mind's eye) there was a throne set in heaven, and one (Yahweh) sitting on "The Throne"
3 that looked like a jasper stone and a sardius. There was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald to look at.
4 Around the throne were twenty-four thrones. On the thrones were twenty-four elders sitting, dressed in white garments, with crowns of gold on their heads.

Verse 27: "Yahweh created man in His own image," and In "Yahweh's image he created him; male and female." Notice that the verse refers to 'male and female' as a 'him,' and not 'them.' This is because woman was made from man. However, there is more to the message than woman coming out of man. Interestingly enough there are no females or males in Yahweh's kingdom; at least not in the physical sense. This physical male and female image is the equivalent of the Spiritual parallel of "Being Spiritually Fruitful." Messiah Yahshua said that He was the vine (a husband) and that we are the branches (wife, collectively speaking), and any branch (wife) that is not fruitful (produce Children or symbolic grapes for Yahweh) will be cut off and tossed into the fire (Gehenna Hell). Verse twenty-seven can only mean one thing; Heavenly HOSTS have male and female spiritual (mental characteristics) qualities, but mankind has been separated into male and female. There are no males or females in The Kingdom.

Verse 28: "Be fruitful, and multiply" just simply reinforces what I stated about verse 27, and " Have dominion" (also in verse 26) is part of the "Reward of The Saved." This same "Reward" was given to Messiah Yahshua. Therefore, "Dominion" a form of Spiritual Power is, also, part of the "Image of Yahweh," and will be imparted to the True Believer through the power of the Holy Spirit or Holy Pneuma of Yahweh. Now, how is it that the Holy Spirit or Pneuma of Yahweh is an essential part of the "Image of Yahweh?" Simply because it is the Holy Character or Loving Mental Attribute of Yahweh that binds all "Members of Yahweh's Body" into His Orderly, Loving, and Eternal Family; just exactly the same way the human nervous system, pulmonary system, and cardio-vascular system unites all members of the human body into an orderly, functional, human being with physical life.
When Yahweh told us that "Life" was "In The Blood," He wasn't just giving us useless information; He was giving us another one of His many physical to Spiritual parallels, so that those with "Ears to Hear, and Eyes to See" would know what was meant by Ephesians 1:17 (below).

And this is what is meant by being created in the "Image of Yahweh" or the perfect reflection of the "Image of Messiah Yahshua," which is also "The Image of Yahweh."
